Welcome to South West Domestics

South West Domestics began in 2016 with a single pound coin and a straightforward idea: that holiday let owners across Devon and Cornwall deserved a dependable, hands-on team to take care of the work they could not do themselves. From that humble start, we have grown steadily and carefully into a genuine one-stop shop for short-term holiday let management, commercial laundry, and linen hire — without ever losing sight of what got us here.

We are based in Launceston, Cornwall, and our team works right across both Devon and Cornwall. The work itself is practical and unglamorous by nature — the behind-the-scenes effort that makes a guest’s stay feel inviting and welcoming. Full property presentation and preparation sits at the heart of what we do, including linen hire and commercial laundry from our own facility. We carry out presentation checks so nothing is missed, keep consumables topped up, and handle the basic property maintenance that keeps a let running smoothly through the busiest weeks of the season.

What sets us apart is not polished sales language — it is the fact that we genuinely care about the work we do. Our team is local, fully vetted, and motivated by getting things right for the owners and guests we serve. We have grown organically, by reputation, choosing our customers carefully and building relationships that last. We see ourselves as partners in keeping each property looked after to a consistently high standard, every single time.
