We are able to provide thorough checks of your property portfolio which ensures maintenance is kept up to date and provides you with a full report upon completion.

Our Service

We like to carry out a thorough property check on a quarterly basis to ensure that maintenance is kept up to date. Some insurance providers require property checks to be carried out during periods where properties are unoccupied. At each property check a comprehensive report is completed. This report is then stored in the electronic property file and a copy is sent to the owner and agent.
