Changeover Cleaning & Property Preparation
We have a team of highly motivated Domestic Assistants who look after our customers holiday properties, completing changeovers and property preparation to a consistently high standard. They apply meticulous attention to detail at all times and work to a comprehensive checklist which ensures that nothing is missed.
Spring Cleaning
When completing our changeover cleaning and property preparation services we will highlight anything we notice that needs updating or replacing, due to general wear and tear. This can often save our clients the need for a spring or deep clean, however if you would like this service to be completed after a busy season, we are more than happy to help.
Painting & Decorating
Our team of painters and decorators are dedicated to serving our clients, providing you with a high quality, clean and reliable service. They specialise in all aspects of domestic and commercial, interior and exterior painting and decorating, and can complete tasks for holiday let owners and agents all year round.
Key Storage & Handyperson Services
South West Domestics are pleased to offer a 24-hour/365 days per year on-call support service to holiday let owners. This service is extremely popular with clients who don’t live locally to their holiday let property or those who don’t have the time to deal with issues as they occur.
Welcome Packs for Guests
South West Domestics have developed good working relationships with suppliers of products indigenous to both Devon and Cornwall. As a result, we offer a range of welcome pack options. Our welcome packs are displayed in attractive boxing with decorative fillers, provided by the suppliers.
Property Checks
We like to carry out a thorough property check on a quarterly basis to ensure that maintenance is kept up to date. Some of our clients’ insurance providers require property checks to be carried out in periods where the property is unoccupied. At each property check a comprehensive report is completed.
